Extended customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon. Orders can also be placed 24/7 via a toll-free fax line or by email at support@prfdte.com.

Shipping

We know you want your parts quickly. All orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST ship on the same day. PTE takes tremendous pride in its high fill rates – over 94% for 25+ consecutive years. When products are ordered, they are shipped!

Each order is hand selected for accuracy and speed.

We ship orders during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. All transit times are calculated in business days (weekends and holidays do not apply). Your order will be shipped via best method, unless you specify otherwise.

Our shipping charges are based on standard rates (where applicable), which are determined by package weight, size and distance shipped. Air shipping is available; additional shipping charges apply for express shipments. The ground shipping charge still applies.

Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery and be reported to PTE at 800.762.6000 or emailed to support@prfdte.com.

Drop ship program

We can "blind" drop ship any order directly to your customer at no extra cost.


International orders

We currently ship directly only to destinations within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.


Back orders

If an item is back ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You may call or email us at any time to learn the status of an existing order.


Returns

PTE must authorize all returns or exchanges. Send an e-mail to support@prfdte.com or call 1.800.762.6000 to obtain a return authorization number. All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise.

All returned items must be received by PTE in saleable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

All products, unless otherwise noted, include a warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. No additional warranties are written or implied.
